What services does Pennine Compliance Group offer?

We provide a full range of testing and compliance services including pendulum slip testing, floor flatness surveys (TR34, BS 8204), ESD floor testing, topographical surveys, land surveys, measured building surveys and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes. We operate nationwide from our Pennine base and can deploy experienced consultants to any location in England, Scotland and Wales at short notice.
How quickly can you carry out a test or survey?

For planned work we typically mobilise within a few days of instruction. For urgent requirements we can often attend within 24-48 hours. Contact us to discuss your timeline.
What standards do your tests comply with?

All testing is carried out to the latest British and International standards. Slip testing is performed to BS EN 16165:2021 Annex C (which replaces the old BS 7976-2 Pendulum Test). Floor surveys comply with TR34 4th Edition and BS 8204, and ESD testing meets IEC 61340-5-1 requirements.
How long does it take to receive a report?

Standard reports are typically issued within 48 hours of the site visit. For larger projects we agree a specific reporting schedule with you upfront.
Do you provide Energy Performance Certificates?

Yes, we provide EPCs for residential properties nationwide. This is offered as a separate service from our commercial compliance work.
